What is leisure travel?
Leisure travel is defined as travel that is arranged by an individual or family to enjoy relaxation and a chance to rejuvenate before another long period of hard work. During leisure travel, which is also known as vacationing, people will stay in vacation homes, hotels or resorts to enjoy the local tourist attractions such as beaches or interesting museums.
What is the difference between leisure and business travel?
Leisure travel has the primary goal of fun and relaxation while business travel is undertaken for work purposes. Business travel is generally shorter in duration and more limited than leisure travel. The biggest difference between the two types of travel is that leisure travel is undertaken to satisfy a person’s wants while business travel is undertaken due to a person’s needs.
