First Step:
To begin the process you can either phone our offices on +27 76 591 1728 or fill out the online application found on our website: https://bridgewaterparking.co.
Second Step:
Once you have received your confirmation email and checked all the information provided there, please pay the invoice that is attached to the confirmation email. (Thanks to COVID cash is no longer accepted)
Third Step:
Plan and pack for your trip, leave the logistics to us! We will make sure one of our drivers is there to meet you in the predetermined location and at the time you have specified in your online form.
Fourth Step:
Please take out any valuables in your car.
Fifth Step:
It’s time to go! Meet your driver in the 2nd Parkade on the South side on level 3 at 3H. This is where all valet drivers have been instructed by OR Tambo International Airport to collect and deliver vehicles.
Sixth Step:
We ask our clients to call us 15 minutes before they get to the airport to ensure your driver is there. We are all human, delays and unexpected situations can lead to either party being late. Giving us a call ensures that neither party undergoes unnecessary delays or inconveniences.
Seventh Step:
Thoroughly enjoy your trip and meet us back at the 2nd Parkade on the South side on level 3 at 3H upon your arrival. Our friendly staff will be there with a welcome home and your vehicle.
